Tattoos with Spoilers

are here to show your status in the Kingdom. You receive your first simply
by what class you are. You can select one to show on your character sheet
for everyone to see. The only problem being, that you can only show one at a
time. You get the tattoos by taking a visit to the Pretentious Artist. For the outfit tattoos you must visit him wearing the outfits. You must of course, complete his quest first. You manage your tattoos through the account tab on the top frame of the KoL panels.
