If you are looking to find out how to defeat the Naughty Sorceress, then you are in the wrong place. Try checking out the Quests page.

Once you have defeated the Naughty Sorceress, you have the option to ascend. The game will tell you to read the FAQ that tells you basically to unequip your items and to select the familiar that you wish to ascend with (you get to take them all, but only one can keep its current kills). You may wish to use your remaining adventures or you may want to just get on with it. I also recommending untinking your bitchin meat car so you can re-build it after ascension.

When you ascend you will appear in Valhalla. All your stats will show as infinity, but you can't do anything here anyway apart from use the chat channel. When you have finished looking around you may want to visit the lodge in the centre of the map. You can then select the details of your new character.

I can't remember this exactly and will update it next ascension. You will get given the option of retaining a skill for you following ascensions. This skill will remain permanent throughout all normal ascensions.

You must choose which class of character that you are going to ascend into. Be careful here as you have to live with this character until the next ascension. You also must choose a start sign. There are 9 star signs which open up new areas and some have extra benefits. I have displayed this in the table below:

You must also choose what type of ascension you want. You can choose one of the following:
 

Ascension	What is it?
Normal	- You can use your skills from your permanent list. - You can take either 20 items or 20k out of your permanent storage each day. - You cannot buy or receive items from other players or you clan stash until after 1000 adventures of Ronin.
Hardcore	- You can't use any of your permanent skills unless you get them from your new character. - You cannot take any items from permanent storage at all. - You cannot buy or receive items from other players or your clan stash.

There are also certain paths that you can follow. If you don't like them, you can cancel them at any time. They are:
 

Path	What is it?
Oxygenarian	- You won't be allowed to eat any food or drink any booze through the course of your ascension.
Boozetafarian	- You can drink booze but can't eat (or drink non-alcoholic beverages).
Teetotaler	- You can eat but can't drink booze (ouch!).
